**Inside Sales & Design Consultant**

You will be a pivotal member of our team, playing a critical role in enhancing the customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding service and support to our clients within the showroom setting. This position allows you to showcase your enthusiasm for design and your dedication to customer satisfaction, making it an ideal fit for someone eager to delve into the world of construction supplies while honing their skills in both design and sales.

**Key Requirements**:
1. Clear criminal background check

2. Solid understanding of sales processes and client management

3. Understanding of interior design (ideally background with Autocad)

**Core Responsibilities**:
Client Assistance: Guide and assist clients in the showroom with their design and product needs.

Communication: Handle phone call inquiries professionally, offering accurate and helpful information.

Sales Support: Effectively upsell and cross-sell products, contributing to sales goals.

Product Knowledge: Continuously learn about our products and industry to become a knowledgeable resource for clients.

Design Insight: Leverage your background in design to offer creative and practical solutions.

Tech Proficiency: Utilize digital tools and sales software efficiently

**Additional Notes**:

- This role represents a fresh addition to our team and is part of a rapidly evolving division within an already well-established company. As such, the specifics of this position are expected to evolve and become more clearly defined over time, reflecting the dynamic nature of our expanding business segment.
- Benefits package after 6 months to come in effect.
- Initial 2-4 week training on products and software and window

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
