Job Overview
Responsible for overseeing the implementation of new processes and procedures within the organization, working with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, developing plans for change, establishing training curriculum to increase staff competency, and monitoring progress toward goals by setting KPIs to drive change.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the improvement of processes and systems, and implement programs that will have continuing long-term benefits
- Complete assessments of all Give & Go sites, addressing areas of improvement
- Assess personnel, develop training content, coach/mentor employees on Lean concepts within the organization, and create the proper documentation for the introduced program
- Establish metrics to monitor financial savings as compared to established goals and targets, and communicate results to ensure awareness.
- Develop plans, schedules, and budgets for projects to improve existing processes
- Accountable for creating a strategic plan for improving efficiency, reducing costs, or increasing revenue
- Bridge the gap between technical and operational teams, executing a range of CI solutions that move operations beyond current state to the next level of efficiency.
- Review company’s business for enhancing effectiveness and benchmark with Industry Best Practice
- Assess processes and continuous improvement techniques for performance optimization
- Offer technical expertise, as the SME on company statistics, Lean Methodology, tools, and practices
- Support growth through participating in new product and innovation programs ensuring timely and quality execution
- Stay abreast of market trends to drive a culture of continuous improvement, learning and involvement

The Recipe For Success
- Completion of college diploma in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of in a business strategy, project management role
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing
- Proven capability of leading a transformation effort, including change management, ensuring stakeholder engagement and robust communication

- The ability to coach, inspire and work with cross functional managers, supervisors ,and employees
- Ability to influence all levels of the organization and make strategic decisions
- The ability to work in the context of a corporate wide lean standardization program but also provide best practices that may be able to help other sites
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
- Strong leadership skills to motivate, and retain well-qualified individuals of diverse talents, interests, and cultural backgrounds. Must have the leadership presence to energize, drive and lead the teams, and to be able to influence with integrity at all levels of the organization and enable result through others.
