Working alongside other likeminded arborists, you will provide top quality tree care services to a wide range of clients, including residential, commercial, and municipal clients. All team members work together with senior management, our sales arborists, and scheduling supervisor to ensure that organizational processes run effortlessly and efficiently. Full-time positions are available at our Burlington office. **What you’ll be doing** - Maintaining and operating specialized equipment including, chippers, stump grinders, and chainsaws in a safe and responsible manner. - Operating special equipment such as skids steers, mini skid steer, bucket trucks and cranes. - Operate the latest climbing gear, crane saws, and tools, and utilize advanced rigging systems for safe and efficient work. - Using all of the above plus climbing and rigging skills you will perform trimming, pruning, and removing trees and shrubs following standard arboriculture practices. **Requirements**: - Minimum 3-5 years experience as lead climber or crew lead. - ISA Certification or willingness to work towards ISA Certification and a general willingness towards continued improvement of skills and development. - Applied knowledge and understanding of standard industry practices. - Good people skills; self-motivated; willingness to work as a team. - Minimum Class ARZ driver’s license and clean abstract **About this position** Permanent, full time, currently working out of our Burlington office. **Salary and Benefits** - Competitive salary - Health & Dental Benefits - Matching RSP Program - Individualized training allowance - Annual boot allowance - The best co-workers anyone can ask for **About Maple Hill Tree Services** Maple Hill Tree Services is a firmly established growing tree care company based in Burlington.
