We offer a diverse selection of perfectly poured pints, whiskeys, hand-crafted cocktails and premium wines. What you will do in this role:
- Take pride in all of the food that you craft for Guests
- Follow safe food handling procedures at all times
- Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Program
- Follow recipes to the exact specifications
- Complete prep lists to ensure enough product is available for service
- Prepare and portion all items promptly, efficiently and with attention to detail
- Keep the work area, utensils and production equipment in a clean, sanitized state at all times
- Re-stock any low items during shift
- Perform all opening and closing tasks as instructed
- Help with additional tasks, as required
What we are looking for:
- You have a passion for food

- Works well within a team environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Bonus points for previous experience handling or cooking food
- Ability to lift items of up to 40 lbs.
