**Position Overview**

We are seeking a **Customer Experience Specialist** to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service and support throughout their journey with us. **Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing timely support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and strive for swift resolution while maintaining professional standards.
- Analyze customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
- Assist in creating customer satisfaction surveys and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $21.00-$24.32 per hour
