**Position Overview**

We are seeking a **Customer Experience Specialist** to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service and support throughout their journey with us. If you are passionate about creating memorable customer experiences and have strong communication and problem-solving skills, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing timely support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and strive for swift resolution while maintaining professional standards.
- Analyze customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
- Assist in creating customer satisfaction surveys and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $21.00-$24.32 per hour
