**Summary**:
Epic Information Solutions is currently looking for new team members, the ICT Customer Support - Deployment Technician role is primarily responsible for deploying new workstations. This position is responsible for deployment, software installation and client data migration as well as various other tasks related to a large scale project. This position is full time, temporary.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- New workstation deployment - including software and hardware support, network connectivity issues, peripherals etc.
- Provide one-on-one end-user support and problem resolution - remotely and onsite
- Hardware repair
- Accurately log information and resolutions in Service Now
- Provide exceptional service to our clients

**Critical Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 years of industry experience
- Ability to quickly diagnose issues and determine best course of action for resolution
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Valid Driver’s License with access to own vehicle
- Ability to occasionally travel within Manitoba
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Overtime as required

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent, with a technical college or university degree, or an acceptable combination of education and relevant experience
- CompTIA A+
