**Posting End Date**: November 12, 2024 **Employee Type**: Temporary (Fixed Term)-Full time **Union/Non**: This is a unionized position **Bargaining Unit/ Local**:Unifor Local 790 Thunder Bay Office **Primary Location**:Thunder Bay, Ontario **Rate Classification/Pay Range**:Step 1 $34.28 per hour **Number of Available Positions**:Six (6) Temporary Positions At Enbridge, we know that every customer is different, and we like that As a Customer Response Representative at Enbridge, you will interact with internal and external clients on a number of topics ranging from billing and invoices to move and transfer requests to utility services. **Important Note**:This role is considered safety sensitive, and as such, you may be required to undergo various background screenings. This may include but is not limited to a driving record abstract, criminal check, a company sponsored medical and drug testing. **What You Will Do (Responsibilities)**: - Receive incoming calls as required. Callers include residential, commercial and industrial customers, and internal departments. - Handling of incoming calls from external and internal customers including: general billing inquiries, moving notices, negotiation of payment arrangements, broker information, equal monthly payment plans, transfers of credit balances, account information changes, utility services, and emergency calls. - Follow company and business unit processes, policies and procedures. - Transfers are the exception. - Promote corporate programs/initiatives, such as eBilling, as required. - Research account information and prepare the documents to update the customer's account accordingly. - Completes other tasks and assists other departments as assigned. **Who You Are (Qualifications)**: You will have the following combination of education and experience: - Minimum high school education. - Excellent verbal and written skills. - Proven desktop skills required including knowledge of Microsoft Suite products. - Accurate keyboarding and data entry skills. - Must have current SAP experience, setting up customers & "My Account" knowledge. - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. - Experience in a Call Centre environment preferred. **Mandatory Testing**: - Call Center Customer Service Survey - Call Center Inbound Sales Skills - Cell Center Listening Skills [audio] - Typing - General **Comment**:The time duration for this temporary position would be up to 1 year.
