**Job Title**: Maintenance Crew Member

**Location**: Toronto & GTA Area

**Job Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time

**About the Role**:
We are looking for hardworking and detail-oriented individuals to join our maintenance team. This position involves routine landscaping and property maintenance tasks to ensure outdoor spaces remain in top condition throughout the season. If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in keeping properties well-maintained, this role is for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine lawn care, including mowing, edging, and trimming
- Maintain garden beds by weeding, pruning, and mulching
- Leaf and debris cleanup to keep properties looking neat and tidy
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely
- Assist with minor repairs, such as fence fixes, power washing, and general property upkeep
- Follow assigned routes and work orders efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

**Requirements**:

- Experience in landscaping, lawn care, or property maintenance is preferred but not required
- Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs, stand, bend, and work outdoors for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Access to transportation to job sites within Toronto and the GTA
- Willingness to learn and take direction

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $1.00-$2.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- English (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-04-01
