**About the Role**:
We are currently recruiting for our esteemed client a full-time permanent construction laborer.

**Job Title - **General Laborer/ Insulation Installation.

**Pay rate -** $ 22

**Time Duration -** Full-time Permanent role ( after 2 weeks Trial period ).
**Job Timings -** 6:00 - 6:30 AM till 8 to 10 hours a day (should be okay long hours).

**Job Requirements**:

- We are seeking reliable individuals having G Drivers License with clean abstract.
- Experience installing Insulation with all kinds of insulations (Spray foam, Fiberglass etc.) in residential and commercial properties is a must.
- Some experience with Drywalling, Taping, Roofing, Landscaping, general construction, heavy labor, industrial labor will be a plus.
- Should posses ability to work Outside environment in all weathers, Hot or Cold.
- Should be comfortable working in attics, Tight spaces and wearing Hazmat mask, Working at Heights (Working at Heights Certificate is mandatory in Milton and in Ottawa)
- Comfortable working in confined spaces, bending, crawling and lifting/ carrying heavy objects while loading and unloading.
- Should be open to work Over time and Long hours.
- Basic skills of reading, writing, speaking and math skills.

**What you will do (Job Role and Duties)**:

- Preparation for the job in advance and insulation of attics, walls, and other areas using materials such as spray polyurethane foam, fiberglass batts, or blown-in cellulose.
- Installers must include accurate and on-time completion of paperwork, loading/unloading materials and equipment, job site clean-up, and various maintenance tasks as needed.
- Availability to work Mon-Fri (occasional weekends), with start time at 6am with flexible end times.
- Work clothing and protective equipment includes CSA-approved footwear, safety glasses, coveralls, gloves, and masks/respirators when using spray-on polyurethane foam.
- Installers use common hand and power tools, while more specific training and knowledge is provided for spray foam equipment.

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Woodstock, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- installing insulation in residential & commercial: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G License with clean abstract / driving record (required)
