**What will you be doing?**
- Own the solution and delivery process for Salesforce-specific enhancements and projects
- Lead a development pod to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Salesforce solutions
- Adapt to constant changes and demonstrate a growth mindset
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Take ownership and accountability for all Salesforce-related activities
- Collaborate effectively with various business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Assist with production support activities as needed
- Utilize DevOps practices and tools to streamline development and deployment processes (nice-to-have)
- Provide expertise in Salesforce Classic, with experience in Salesforce Lightning (nice-to-have)

**What experience do you have?**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of experience working with Salesforce solutions
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Classic is a mandatory requirement
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning is an asset
- Proven track record of successfully leading development teams and delivering Salesforce solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve common goals
- DevOps experience is an asset
- Salesforce certifications are highly desirable
