This role connects business requirements with technical capabilities, ensuring system scalability, security, integration, and long-term sustainability. The architect will lead technical initiatives and provide strategic direction on best practices and solution governance. Requirement / Must Have Ability to design scalable Salesforce architectures for complex business needs. Ability to translate business requirements into technical design specifications. Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices and governance. Ability to oversee data migration and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Ability to conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and system optimization. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide technical teams. Experience 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development. Proven experience leading Salesforce implementation projects. Experience with data modeling, security, and compliance best practices. Responsibilities Develop scalable and efficient Salesforce solution designs and architecture blueprints. Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with organizational objectives. Create technical specifications, design documents, and risk assessments. Lead technical teams during implementations and integrations. Ensure adherence to development standards and governance practices. Oversee data migration activities and integration with external systems. Perform system optimization, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Stay current on Salesforce platform updates and implement relevant enhancements. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs. Provide mentorship, training, and technical guidance to team members and end users. Should Have Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Skills Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components. SOQL, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations. Knowledge of integration tools and security best practices. Qualification and Education Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certification. Additional certifications such as ADM, TOGAF, or PMP are desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
