We are currently looking for **an English and Mandarin speaking** **Program Coordinator** who will assist in overseeing our education, public speaking and debate programs, is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys interacting with clients and team members.

**Responsibilities:**

**Clients Services**

1) Serve as a liaison between parents, students and teachers

2) Maintain open line of communication with clients to ensure students are progressing at an optimal rate

3) Oversee students’ learning progress and provide feedback to the teacher

4) Report issues, problems and concerns to the Director of Education

5) After conferring with Director of Education, resolve issues with clients

6) Develop and maintain good relationships with students, parents, instructors and team members

7) Maintains an account of students’ fees and payments

**Team Coordinator**

1) Review invoices submitted by teachers

2) Updates programs and schedules by collaborating with other team-members, instructors and third parties

3) Assists team members with their tasks

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written **English and Mandarin Chinese** communication skills is a **requirement**
- Post-secondary education
- Solid understanding of BC curriculum from Grades 1-12
- Related work experience with Grade 1-12 students
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous work experience in a local setting; Prior experience in an educational institution is valued.
- Ability to take responsibility for the smooth operation and administrative duties of the programs
- Self-motivated, possess great work ethic and able to work independently
- Highly organized, and detail oriented
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Diplomacy and tact with clients
- Positive approach to customer service
- Effective interpersonal skills with clients and team members

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
