**Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Provide excellent customer service
- Proactive problem solving and trouble shooting
- Use safe work practices to ensure safety of all staff and customers
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
- Ability to explain and demonstrate the operation of parts and equipment to customers.
- Handle Rental questions & requirements
- Prioritize tasks and/or projects for completion within designated deadlines
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and protocols
- Maintain ethical behavior
- Keep yard area and equipment are organized and clean, including washing trailers
- Ensure all product entering the yards match with BOL’s
- Assist customers with trailer hookups
- Delivering trailers using company vehicle
- Obey Traffic Safety Act regulations and be aware of surrounding and potential hazards while operating company vehicles/equipment
- Help mechanic with various tasks as required

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Recognize the importance of establishing relationships with customers and providing a great customer experience
- Ability to safely lift, push, pull or carry heavy products, occasionally over 50 lbs.
- Clean drivers abstract and clean criminal record
- Computer competency & organization skills
- A positive “can do” attitude and work well with others
- Exceptional work ethic, motivated and driven to obtain goals
- Good communication skills and willingness to help out other team members
- Experienced Parts Person with Agriculture experience is preferred.
- Shipping/Receiving Experience.
- Attention to detail is a must
- Familiarity with mechanical and agricultural equipment an asset.
- Forklift Certification (an asset) if you do not have one, will train or pay for certification
- Have a great sense of humor
