Virtual Receptionist

Meira Care is looking for an energetic, eager and ambitious Virtual Medical Receptionist to add to our growing team who will provide operational and administrative support for a virtual care clinic platform.

**_**This is is a remote position**_**

**MUST **have FLEXIBILITY for all Shifts (8a-9p, holidays, evenings & weekends)**

**PREFERENCE **to have Medical / Business Office Administration Experience / Education**

**Responsibilities and Duties include**:

- Faxing and scanning medical documents through EMR system
- Assigning appointments to appropriate team members
- Reviewing and filing faxes
- Virtually triaging patients appointments by appointment details
- Reviewing and rectifying patients concerns
- Complete daily tasks assigned during each shift

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Completion of a Medical / Business Assistant program preferred
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records System (EMR) preferred
- Experience within a Clinic or Administrative setting preferred

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- Patient Coordinator: 1 year (preferred)
- Accuro EMR: 1 year (preferred)
