We are a dynamic, one-stop shop providing essential services to local businesses and residents, including: - Shipping & Packaging (UPS, DHL, etc.) - Professional Printing & Finishing - Secure Mailbox Rentals - Passport Photos & Business Solutions **The Role: Customer Service Associate** We are seeking two (2) reliable and customer-focused individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume and multitasking environments. If you are comfortable using office technology and are dedicated to providing outstanding service, we want to hear from you **Key Responsibilities & Daily Tasks** The role is diverse and hands-on, requiring attention to detail and efficiency: - Exceptional Customer Service: Welcome customers, assess their needs quickly, and provide expert advice on all our services (shipping, printing, mailbox and other business solutions). - Courier Shipping Operations: Accurately receive, process, and track courier packages (UPS, DHL, etc.). This includes professional and secure packing of items following established standards. - Print Services: Manage the entire printing lifecycle from setting up and adjusting files to operating copiers, printers, fax machines and finishing equipment (binding, laminating). - Mailbox Management: Accurately receive, sort and securely distribute mail and packages to customer mailboxes. - Passport Photos: Taking passport and visa related photos and using dedicated software for processing. - Sales & Finance: Process all sales transactions efficiently using the POS system (cash, debit/credit, cheque). Perform accurate daily cash and sales reconciliation (end-of-day close). - Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, professional and organized workspace at all times. - Service Excellence: Highly customer-focused, proactive and committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. - Reliability: Honest, self-motivated and capable of working independently with mínimal supervision. - Adaptability: A quick learner with a professional, mature demeanor and a positive, "can-do" attitude. - Physical Capacity: Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day) and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs (with assistance). **Required Qualifications** - Technology Proficiency: - Familiarity with web browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) and mobile OS (iOS and Android). - Experience: Previous experience in a retail, customer service, or fast-paced transactional environment is preferred. **Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)** - Graphic design experience (e.g., Adobe Suite familiarity). - Bilingual proficiency: Ability to fluently speak and/or write Mandarin. **Position Details** - Job Type: 1 full-time, permanent and 1 part-time, permanent - Hours: Full time - approximately 40 hours per week, Part time - approximately 24 hours per week **How to Apply** If you are ready to join a long-standing local business, please submit your resume and cover letter. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $17.85-$26.71 per hour Work Location: In person
