Re/Max Urban Toronto is looking a brand new agent that wants to join a small team of 8

This is an entry level position - can be right out of school

Positions tasks include:

- Will be provided entry level leads
- Covering showings for all members of the team when needed (Will be paid $50/showing)
- Open houses for all members of the team - All leads from Open Houses will be yours (Must be available to work on weekends to do Open Houses)

Pay:

- You will be paid $50/showing done for other team members
- Fees with the brokerage are 80/20 split

**Requirements**:

- Must have valid RECO license
- Must live in GTA
- Flexible weekends for open houses
- Must have a Personal Vehicle and Drivers license
- Flexible Schedule / Open to Non traditional hours
- Prepared to work nights and weekends

Provided:

- Training and Mentoring will be provided to give you a solid foundation for your real estate career
- Business Cards and Signs

Some Highlights of working with our team:

- Will be working directly with the broker of record and 4 other experienced sales reps on a daily basis
- Diverse sales range - our agents work with houses, condos, and commercial properties
- Sharing Information, Techniques and knowledge from top producers
- Training in Sales Psychology
- We have a friendly, relaxed environment with lots of guidance available
- Excellent training - we are connected to a larger office with many training resources available and provide detailed, one-on-one training as well as workshops
- Access to veteran agents in specialty markets

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
