Our team is growing, and we’re looking for our next **Real Estate Superhuman** to help us continue to deliver top-notch service to our clients in Toronto & Durham region.

We’re a rapidly growing team with plenty of opportunity to scale. We’re specifically looking for **licenced real estate agents with 1-3 years** of experience for this role.

We’re looking for a superhuman agent who is coachable, optimistic, resourceful, fun, and eager to work with our buyer clients to find properties they love.

You must also be a top-tier closer and enjoy talking to people on the phone. At The Spring Team, we believe in putting opportunities in front of you and giving you the training and support needed to seize them.

Led by Ara Mamourian, a 14-year veteran of Toronto Real Estate who's led The Spring Team into the top 0.01% since 2008, we expect excellence from our team members and are specifically looking for a high performer.

**Specifically, we’re looking for the following**:

- **Coachable People** - we invest heavily in training and coaching, and the agents who perform the best on The Spring Team are extremely coachable.

No BS, we supply as many leads as you can handle and training on how to call and convert.

**You Must Have**:

- Realtor license in good standing.
- Speak and write fluent English (other languages are a bonus)
- Laptop Computer
- Your own cell phone plan
- Access to the internet

**Salary**: $98,456.00-$500,000.00 per year
