**Trouw Nutrition** is seeking a Warehouse Worker / Retail Sales Clerk for our Westlock location.

**About The Role**:Our Warehouse Worker / Retail Sales Clerk provides exceptional customer service and optimizes inventory.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with stock counts and general inventory logistics in both the warehouse and retail store
- Answering customer enquiries and providing an exceptional customer experience
- Receiving and displaying merchandise
- Performing general housekeeping duties
- Assisting where needed throughout the facility

**Skills and Expertise**

**Qualifications**:

- Agricultural industry experience an asset
- Physically capable of lifting 25 kgs feed bags
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
- Great organizational skills
- Forklift experience is an asset

**Expectation from the Role**:

- Provide exceptional customer service, assist with enquiries, make product recommendations, and drive sales.
- Collaborate with team members
- Be flexible to assist where needed
