**Trouw Nutrition** is seeking a Warehouse Worker / Retail Sales Clerk for our Westlock location.

**About The Role**:Our Warehouse Worker / Retail Sales Clerk provides exceptional customer service and optimizes inventory.

**Responsibilities**

• Assisting with stock counts and general inventory logistics in both the warehouse and retail store
• Answering customer enquiries and providing an exceptional customer experience
• Receiving and displaying merchandise
• Performing general housekeeping duties
• Assisting where needed throughout the facility

**Skills and Expertise**

**Qualifications**

• Agricultural industry experience an asset
• Physically capable of lifting 25 kgs feed bags
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
• Great organizational skills
• Forklift experience is an asset

**Expectation from the Role**

• Provide exceptional customer service, assist with enquiries, make product recommendations, and drive sales.
• Collaborate with team members
• Be flexible to assist where needed
