**Join Our Team** at **Trouw Nutrition **in Westlock, AB**. As a **Bagger/Warehouse Worker**, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the flow and integrity of our production line, ensuring that our high-quality standards are met with every product that leaves our facility.

**About The Role**:Streamline business processes and drive organizational efficiency.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Receiving and shipping of ingredients and finished feeds per company standards
- Machinery operation daily, climbing ladders and working at heights
- Constant quality awareness
- Do physical and NIR testing and other related testing on ingredients and finished feeds
- Housekeeping and minor maintenance as required
- Work with all employees to maintain integrity of company standards
- Maintain courteous and professional relationship with customers and co-workers
- Ensure a positive customer experience
- Receives product into M3, LIMS and WEM systems
- Completes daily bin dips, monthly inventory and shortage reports
- Adheres to the safety and food safety requirements per Trouw Nutrition protocols and other regulatory bodies (CFIA/HACCP/SGS)
- Other duties as required.

**Skills and Expertise**

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- 2-3 yrs. experience in a grain facility, mill or manufacturing industry
- Strong, problem solving and decision making abilities
- Class 5 license an asset
- Willingness to be coached and learn processes
- Forklift and skid steer experience is an asset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and numeracy and accuracy
- Must be passionate about your career

**Expectation from the Role**:

- Full-time; Shift Work Rotation; Overtime as required; Permanent.
- ** Ability to work shift work is a MUST.**:

- ** Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly bend and twist, open and close lids, climb ladders and work at heights, and lift 25 kgs.**:

- ** Physical Work Conditions**: Often exposed to loud sounds, distracting noise levels, and dusty environment.
