We are always looking for the energetic, curious, passionate people to join our global team. **ABOUT THE ROLE** As Marketing Associate reporting to the Global Head of Business Development and Client Relationship Management, you will plan and execute a wide range of duties related to marketing, internal and external communications, employer brand, internal company and client events, and day-to-day office life. By doing this, you will be an essential part of helping grow our business while creating an engaging workplace for employees. You will also play a supporting role to our CEO in Montréal and our President in NYC in their business development initiatives. - Assist with creating and updating marketing material, presentations, and content to generate brand awareness. - Assist in the maintenance of investor databases and the firm’s CRM tool. - Prepare materials for client meetings and due diligence meetings. - Maintain key statics on the firm’s clients and support the firm’s relationship management team. - Assist with responses for existing and prospective client requests. - Assist with the preparation of due diligence questionnaires and RFPs. - Prepare pre-meeting materials and industry research as needed. - Participate in an array of special projects for the business development team on an ad hoc basis, including planning and coordinating Innocap sponsored conferences and events. - Monitor industry trends and news. **PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS** - Bachelor’s Degree required with a strong undergraduate track record with a concentration on finance or marketing - Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce - Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly with PowerPoint - Excellent organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at one time - Demonstrated ability to make accurate and timely decisions while remaining professional under pressure - Leadership skills and a positive attitude - Financial industry experience is an asset This position can be based in Montreal, QC (Canada) or in New York City, NY (U.S.A.).
