**What You'll Do**
Field Effect is seeking a highly motivated new graduate to join the Enterprise Applications and Integrations (EAI) team. Working closely with the team, you will be trained up on EAI solutions to be one of EAI advocates and contribute to knowledge sharing across multiple departments and teams. As an Enterprise Application Analyst at Field Effect, you will:
- Assist in the administration of CRM solutions including Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, and others
- Help to drive consistent usage of CRM system and adherence to business processes
- Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
- Help to ensure all regulatory, compliance and security standards are met
- Analyzing users’ stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
- Assist in production of supplemental training materials and self-served support articles
- Provide support to by timely answering questions and resolving problems as they occur
- Ability to assist in troubleshooting and debugging
- Escalate reoccurring technical issues to the relevant support teams
- Learn to execute all levels of testing
- Understand and help facilitate role-based access requirements, adhering to a just-right methodology to also protect the data of our employees, customers, and partners
- Please note that occasional travel may be required for this role.
**Skills & experience we look for**
- Master's degree in Computer/Software/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users, and translate feedback from non-technical users into actionable configuration items
- Attention to detail
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to balance attention to detail with expeditious execution in a fast-paced environment
**Added Bonuses**
- Experience with Microsoft 365 or Dynamics CRM
- Ability to prioritize user requests effectively and manage user expectations
- Experience in C# and JavaScript
- Ability to work through ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment
- Bilingualism in French
