**The Position**

**Responsibilities**:

- Fabricate high-quality exhibits using wood and structural components.
- Interpret build plans into accurate cut/assembly lists for efficient production.
- Safely operate and maintain shop tools and equipment.
- Meet tight deadlines across multiple projects.
- Communicate effectively with the production team.
- Collaborate in a team-based environment.
- Review completed work with the production manager to improve efficiency and cost.
- Support additional tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of cabinetry/cabinetmaking experience.
- Woodworking education preferred; proven experience accepted.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Clear verbal and written communication.
- CNC and millwork equipment experience an asset.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software an asset.
- Knowledge of Octanorm and custom construction techniques an asset.
