We are looking for **Beverage Inventory Coordinators (Beer Slingers)** to support beverage operations throughout the festival. Working closely with the Lead Slinger and the Bar Service Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth inventory flow and uninterrupted service across all festival bar locations.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage inventory within the refrigeration truck and track all incoming and outgoing orders from bar locations.
- Monitor stock levels and proactively restock fridges to ensure continuous service during peak hours.
- Conduct regular inventory counts at all festival bar locations.
- Communicate with bar staff to anticipate needs and prevent shortages.
- Use inventory management software (**Rapid Stock**) to update stock levels and requests in real time.
- Receive, inspect, and document beverage deliveries with the Bar Service Manager.
- Assist with bar set-up before the festival and breakdown after the event.
- Collaborate with festival management to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in inventory management, logistics, or beverage service is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and kegs.
- Availability **from February 7 to March 1**, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages is a plus.

**Description du poste**

Nous recherchons des **Responsables de l’inventaire des boissons (Beer Slingers)** pour assurer la gestion efficace des stocks de boissons durant le festival. En collaboration avec le Lead Slinger et le/la responsable du service de bar, vous jouerez un rôle clé pour garantir un service fluide et sans rupture sur l’ensemble des bars du site.

**Responsabilités**
- Gérer l’inventaire du camion réfrigéré et assurer le suivi des commandes entrantes et sortantes.
- Surveiller les niveaux de stock et réapprovisionner les frigos afin d’assurer un service continu, surtout en période de fort achalandage.
- Effectuer des inventaires réguliers dans chacun des bars du festival.
- Communiquer avec les équipes de bar pour anticiper les besoins et éviter les ruptures de stock.
- Utiliser l’outil de gestion d’inventaire (**Rapid Stock**) pour les mises à jour en temps réel.
- Recevoir, vérifier et documenter les livraisons de boissons avec le/la responsable du service de bar.
- Participer au montage et au démontage des bars avant et après le festival.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe de gestion afin d’optimiser les stocks et limiter le gaspillage.

**Profil recherché**
- Expérience en gestion d’inventaire, en logistique ou en service de boissons (un atout).
- Sens de l’organisation et grande attention aux détails.
- Capacité à soulever et déplacer des charges lourdes (boîtes, fûts).
- Excellentes habiletés de communication et esprit d’équipe.
- Disponibilité obligatoire **du 7 février au 1er mars**, incluant soirs, fins de semaine et jours fériés.
- Connaissance des boissons alcoolisées (un plus).
