St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre is seeking part-time Resident Care Aides. We offer a competitive salary starting at $31.65, 7.5-hour shifts, HOOPP Pension plan and access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Job Descriptions:
Performs various resident care activities for the personal needs and comforts of the residents: bathing, mouth care, skin care, shampooing, caring for finger and toenails, preparing and passing nourishment, fresh drinking water, assists residents in toileting procedures, makes beds, keeps utility room and kitchen in proper order, sees that residents’ rooms are clean and tidy, answers call bells promptly, transports patients to and from activities, observing, measuring and recording intake and output, assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, performs housekeeping functions, responsible for residents’ laundry, assists with orientation of new staff and others duties as assigned.
