- _Bayshore is an eligible employer supporting Health Force Ontario Funding program for PSW Graduates and Students. PSW Students completing their clinical placement with Bayshore may be eligible for $5,440, PSW Graduates committing to 1 year of employment with Bayshore eligible for $10,000. Bayshore also support relocation incentives for eligible PSW Graduates._
- _ Terms: 6-month full time contract position, guaranteed 60hrs biweekly, must be ready to start each day as per scheduled assignment day._

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent (evidence required)
**Attributes**:

- Excellent communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English
- French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French language is a service requirement
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
2 supervisory references,
- A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening,
- Proof of being negative for TB.
