**Job description**:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable experienced baker who is passionate about the art of baking and eager to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen. This role involves preparing a variety of baked goods and maintaining product quality. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through delicious products and excellent service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proven experience in the food industry, specifically in preparing and baking bread.
- Prepare and bake a variety breads and pastries from scratch.
- Follow and improve upon existing recipes and techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety standard.
- Ensure consistency in product quality and presentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of professional baking experience.
- Strong understanding of baking techniques, dough handling, proofing, and oven work.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Food Safety Certification is an asset.
- Passion for baking and a positive team attitude.

Pay: $15.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Night shift
