**Your Impact**
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members and foster a culture of continuous learning
- Drive the implementation and maintenance of manual and automated testing frameworks
- Develop comprehensive test plans that align with project requirements and objectives
- Oversee and actively participate in test case creation, execution, and result analysis
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of test cases, procedures, and results
- Collaborate with the QA Manager to align teams with quality goals
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders and management to ensure a clear understanding of QA objectives
- Track and manage defects through their lifecycle, collaborating with the development team to ensure timely resolution
- Ensure that all deliverables meet high-quality standards through rigorous testing processes
- Continuously evaluate and enhance QA processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Generate regular reports on testing progress, defect status, and overall product quality
**Role** **Requirements**
- Experience leading and mentoring a QA team
- Knowledge and experience with various web stack related languages (e.g. PHP, Javascript, HTML, CSS, SQL)
- Knowledge and experience with cross-platform mobile related languages (e.g. Ionic, Vue)
- Experience working in a fast-paced continuous delivery environment
- Communicative, critical thinker, detail oriented, analytical, and collaborative
- Self-motivated and has a passion for continuous improvement, quality, and test automation
- A keen eye for user-centric design and consistency

The typical salary range for this position is: CAD $92,150 - $122,850 annually. Salary offered will be based on skills, experience and market data.
