**Summary**:
**Job Duties**:

- Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure that specifications are met.
- Perform product testing and prepare samples.
- Obtain, move, and sort products, materials, containers, and orders.
- Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
- Records product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
- Examine contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming/outgoing shipment.
- Confer and correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications.
- Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and record keeping purposes.
- Take photos and prepare quality reports for other departments.

**Requirement**
- Communicate any issues or concerns to the line leader, supervisor, or manager.
- Ability to conduct basic mathematical calculations.
- Ability to communicate effectively (written, oral, and spoken) in English.
- Experience with Microsoft programs.
- Must be able to work independently or within a team setting.
- Positive attitude, punctual, and wiling to grow within the company.

**Your Environment**:

- Work environment can be warm and humid, similar to a greenhouse environment
- Able to wear the appropriate PPE including a full-face mask and spray suit as needed
- Lifting up to 30 lbs. on regular basis
- Standing & walking for long periods of time
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching
- Ability to perform a series of repetitive operations requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00 per hour

- Kingsville, ON N9Y 2E5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Quality assurance: 1 year (preferred)
