This **Building Caretaker** position requires **70% Cleaning** and **30% Building Management**. This is a live-out position and does not offer accommodation. We are looking for two responsible and experienced Caretakers to work on our two Building Clients.

**Location: Different location, but only one location a day (Burnaby, Coquitlam, Surrey, North Vancouver, Vancouver, Richmond, etc.**

**Schedule: Monday to Friday. Minimum 30 hours a week.**

**Your Job Scope**:

- Keep the Strata building common areas clean and tidy.
- Clean common areas in the building, such as; lobbies, hallways, elevators, gym, pool areas, saunas, amenity rooms, lounges, etc., as well as sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming, painting, and minor repairs.
- Program and update fobs (remote access key).
- Provide access to contractors/ vendors as required and directed by Property/Strata/Building Manager
- Monitor building conditions and security (review security cameras as requested by property management).

**You Have**:

- Strong customer service skills, able to multi-task and problem solve.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check.
- Must have good computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in residential or Strata buildings is an asset.
- Organized self-starter with excellent work ethic and good work habits.
- Able to lift 30 to 50 lbs., bent and reach to high/ low places as needed.

- Strata: 1 year (preferred)
- Facilities Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
- Professional English Communication: 1 year (preferred)

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
