**More About the role**:
It takes a special kind of person to do this job. Those most successful in this role pay great attention to details and take pride in their work.

**Job Duties**:
**You will be responsible for the following**:

- Move recreational vehicles around the yard and into the shop for service
- Maintain the lot and keep the building clean
- Clean the interior and exterior of the units
- Ensure units are organized in a presentable manner
- Perform unit inventory and update the lot map each week
- Inspect and report any vehicular damages
- Drive to pick up parts and deliver vehicles to appropriate departments after-sales, trade-ins, arrival, etc.
- Monitor vehicles in storage, watch for any damage that will adversely affect unit in outdoor climate and ensure vehicles are secure
- Maintain lot security and report any problems or crimes on the lot
- Take a lead role in snow removal and assist in taking recreational vehicles for external service
- Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driver’s abstract and be able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Self-directed, motivated, proactive, and fiercely accountable
- 1-2 years lot attendant experience is an asset
- Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles
- Ability and willingness to learn and strong attention to detail
- Positive interpersonal skills, attitude, and energy
- Flexibility, adaptable and able to multitask
- Ability to work independently or within a team
- Familiarity with B and C Class RVs will be an asset
