This full-time, regular position plays a key role in keeping our RV lot safe, organized, and running smoothly. You’ll also have occasional customer interaction, helping ensure every visitor has a positive experience. If you’re reliable, take pride in your work, and enjoy a mix of hands-on and customer-facing tasks, this could be the perfect fit for you. What You’ll Do Safely move, park, and organize RVs and tow vehicles on the lot Operate a forklift or tow vehicle (training available for the right candidate) Greet and assist customers when needed, directing them to the right area or team member Keep the lot clean, tidy, and well maintained Assist with setting up and taking down RVs for shows and events Help organize the service and sales lots so units are easy to find and ready for customers Report any damage, maintenance issues, or safety concerns to your supervisor Support the team with washing, snow removal, and general upkeep of the lot What You Bring A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Forklift ticket (or willingness to obtain one – we can help train) Strong attention to detail and safety Friendly, professional attitude with good customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle active, hands-on work WHY JOIN OUR TEAM We offer our team members many benefits to help them achieve their goals and support our company culture.
