OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR - Remote

Position Overview

As a key member of the Operations team, the operations supervisor will be responsible for the development and growth of staff and maintenance and growth of our customer base.

This role will work closely with front line staff, operations team and the account management team and reports to the director of operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in onboarding of new hires
- Participate in ongoing training of front line staff
- Participate and manage new account implementations
- Deliver support to the front line team, operations, and account management as needed
- Manage deployment of enterprise initiatives
- Ensure staff compliant with company policies and processes
- Maintains professional and courteous relations with customers and co-workers

Basic Qualifications
- Capability of working in a team environment supporting staff and management, assisting with special projects
- Understanding and comfort with tech issues
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Minimum 5 years in Sabre GDS
- Potential for occasions travel
- Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
