Description

As the **Coordinator I CTTS**, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the NSF North America Consulting & Technical Services (CTS) business unit. This position is responsible for undertaking administrative and support functions pertaining to CTS.

**Principle Accountabilities** include, but are not limited to:

- Provide administrative support for the following areas: Packaging and Labeling (PKG) group, Product and Process Development (PPD) group and PepsiCo Invoicing
- Administer North American Client Satisfaction Surveys
- Coordinate Independent Contractor (IC) administration (CTS Global Resource Integrity Portal (GRIP) administrator and super user
- Coordinate IC on-boarding
- Coordinate IC related special projects (i.e. setting up commissioning process or annual meetings)
- Work with Operations Managers and Business Development Managers as it relates to IC selection
- Proposal follow up for PKG and PPD
- All other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Diploma in business administration or related discipline or suitable combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 year experience in a dynamic and customer service oriented environment
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively deal with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent multi-tasking skills and highly organized with the ability to follow through on all assignments consistently meeting deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Multi-lingual (French)
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated passion for customer service

**Physical Demand**
- Required to sit for long periods of time
- Light physical effort required (ability to move up to 5 - 10 lbs from one area to another)

**Work Environment**
- Smoke free work environment
- Work is performed in a shared office environment
