**IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE**:

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio and stay informed about industry trends and technologies.
- Generate new business opportunities through lead follow-up, cold calling, and targeted outreach.
- Provide accurate quotations, product troubleshooting and competitor crossovers based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the outside sales, customer service, marketing and operations teams to address customer inquiries and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in our CRM system.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to the outside sales team to help refine sales strategies and improve customer experience.Work within our CRM, Sales Force to resolve customer and inter-company submitted inquires.
- Keep files & quotes current and organized.Back up other team members as needed.

**FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED**:

- Diploma in any technical field (e.g., Engineering, Fluid Power, Electrical) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in technical sales or a similar sales role, preferably within the Industrial or Factory automation sector.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both **English**and **French**language.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work in Canada withour sponsorship now or in the future
