**Job description**

**Requirements**:

- Must have reliable transportation and be able to work weekends/evenings.
- Proven experience, including suggestive sales and knowledge of fine wine, beer, spirits and proteins.
- Minimum 1 year bartending experience required.
- Minimum 2 years serving experience required.
- Accuracy and speed when executing assigned tasks.
- Can work 40 hours a week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting up and flipping bar mix and garnish with FIFO and proper food handling procedures.
- Preparation of drinks in correct order (ex. chopping garnish, measuring spirits, pouring draft, shaking cocktails).
- Serve items to spec with cooperation of up to 6 other team members.
- Answer, report and follow managements instructions.
- Sanitize bar, floors, booths and equipment.
- Minimize wasted product.
- Stock and organize inventory appropriately.
- Ensure drinks leave the bar in a timely fashion in coordination with other stations.
- Provide guest with exceptional service and hospitality.
- Maintain brand standards during guest experiences.
- Serve items to spec with cooperation of other team members.
- Answer, report and follow managements instructions.
- Bring a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
- Oversee other up to 9 team members in a leader position during end of shift.
- Ensure guest satisfaction with regular table visits.
- Comply with all sanitation regulations from Manitoba Health.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Tip expectancy: $500 per week
