We are looking for a Bartender/Supervisor to join our TEAM We would like someone with 2 years of supervisor experience, and 5 years of food & beverage experience. This position is for our Seagull's Restaurant as well as some shifts in our Banquet Department when needed.

We are looking to hire a guest-oriented Bartender/Supervisor to ensure that our F&B operations run smoothly. The supervisor's responsibilities include overseeing the activities of front of house staff, bartending, handling guest & employee issues, expediting customers' orders as needed, and maintaining good working relationships with employees. This position is the Shift Leader when the Restaurant and/or Banquet Managers are not on site.

Staff housing is only 1.5 kilometres drive from the resort, or a 10 - 15 minute walk taking a short-cut through our golf course. We have a small, close-knit community of about 50 employees that live in housing on the Island. Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
