**Summary**:
Reporting to the Marketing Planning & Operations Manager, the Marketing Specialist will manage the Pro Team and influencer programs, and work with the Social Media Coordinator and Content Specialist to plan and organize content for digital platforms. The Marketing Specialist will align with the US team to provide direction for monthly in-store events and work with retail locations to execute. The Marketing Specialist will also work with external organizations and internal partners on sponsorships and partnerships.
**Location**: Corporate office, 25 De Baets St., Winnipeg (hybrid position). Will require you to be on-site for work-from-the-office days.

**Job Type**: Full-time and temporary for 12 months.

**Responsibilities**:

- Day-to-day relationship management with influencers and Pro Team members.
- Coordinate with ProTeam and influencers to create assets for digital platforms, follow digital content plan, and review assets for brand alignment.
- Manage ProTeam contracts, negotiate and manage influencer contracts.
- Provide direction for in-store events and work with retail locations to execute.
- Coordinate execution of marketing partnerships and sponsorships.
- Develop creative requests to support in-store events partnerships and other promos as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of experience working in related marketing field
- Experience and knowledge of influencer marketing an asset
- Adapts to change in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to prioritize work and manage time well
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms
