We are looking for a Racquets Manager to join us and lead our racquets team to success
With our state-of-the-are facilities, exceptional indoor and outdoor tennis courts and all year-round coaching, we are the place to be for those looking to pursue a career in Tennis.
As our Racquets Manager you will have bags of passion, energy and enthusiasm and have a clear passion for the game. You will form part of the club management team and will be responsible for regular one to one meetings with your direct reports and you will ensure your team are maximizing the training opportunities available to help them to grow, develop and succeed.
You will have a LTA Level 3 qualification and be able to demonstrate a complete understanding of all tennis functions. You will also need exceptional communication skills and the ability to adhere to the needs and requirements of our members
- no matter their age or ability, it will be your job to ensure an exceptional member experience is provided at all times.
