**BERUFLICHE VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN**:

- Interacts with internal stakeholders including but not limited to management, engineering, marketing, purchasing, materials, production, shipping and receiving.
- Coordinates external partners both domestically and internationally to develop and/or build certain elements of a program.
- Interfaces with product design teams who are using technology developed within a program to ensure the teams have sufficient knowledge to appropriately implement the technology.
- Works with supply chain and material control to establish process for acquiring and managing new components and sub-systems associated with a research and development program.
- Provides Division Management with periodic program updates.
- Coordinates programs, including the development of tasks, deliverables, timing charts, assignments, and hand off process to appropriate functions in the organization.
- Manages day-to-day progress of an R&D program, including risk assessment and problem resolution.
- Conducts program reviews according to prescribed process/structure.
- Additional duties as assigned.

**QUALIFIKATIONEN / VORAUSSETZUNGEN**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred
- 6+ years progressive Engineering experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
