Be our next **Project Administrator**

**Your work environment at EXP**

In this role, you will be a part of the Architecture team based in the **Halifax **office.

**What a day at EXP has in store for you**
- Attend and take minutes at Client and User group meetings
- Assist staff with client presentations, meetings and travel scheduling
- Perform and maintain Document Control
- Maintain and organize document files
- Provide Administrative support during Construction Administration phase of projects
- Perform any other Administrative duties and responsibilities as required

**What your experience looks like**
- 5+ years working in Administration
- Experience in the Architectural & Engineering industry
- Advanced typing, proofing and formatting skills
- Excellent grammar verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Must be very well organized
- Excellent at multi-tasking and paying attention to detail
- A great team player
- Driven individual that handles tight deadlines well
- Resourceful and adapts quickly to new software, methodology or technologies
- Newforma & Procore software knowledge would be an asset
- Experience with governmental agencies would be an asset
- Experience with assisting in Contract Administration would be an asset
- Knowledge and experience with Healthcare projects would be an asset
