**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting with various tasks in the kitchen and dining area.

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary restrictions are noted.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately through the cashiering system.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customer concerns promptly.
- Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or as a Server is required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
