**Position overview**

Are you people and customer service-oriented? Do you enjoy being a critical member of a team and are skilled at making processes more organized and efficient? Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition the **Human Resources Administrator - Talent Acquisition** provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. This position provides guidance, support, and coordination for the administrative practices of the department, ensuring these functions run smoothly. This role works with a diverse group of individuals and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization and requires an ability to foster positive working relationships.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Support the Talent Acquisition team and internal stakeholders by executing the administrative functions of our recruitment processes
- Coordinate and manage the job posting process in Taleo and liaising with external organizations to advertise our positions
- Shadow senior recruiters and once trained, execute phone-screening, resume filtering, and headhunting
- Various projects as assigned to support recruitment, and overall human resources, initiatives

**Key qualifications include**:

- Completion of secondary school with a combination of additional training, certifications or supplementary education
- At least 1 - 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a recruitment or human resources environment
- Strong communication and organization skills are required
- Customer service experience is an asset
