Workland presents you with an amazing career opportunity for one of our clients based in the Outaouais region. The organization is currently seeking an experienced DEI specialist to join their team of seasoned professionals and help them to promote DEI initiatives in the workplace.

The incumbent will be responsible for proposing, developing and implementing strategies or programs related to diversity, equity and inclusion as well as following up on initiatives.
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE**:
- Engage as a trusted consultant to implement strategies and programs to integrate DEI practices;
- Ensure involvement in relevant professional groups involved in the advancement of DEI initiatives;
- Demonstrate a strong drive for collaboration and team building, as well as a healthy desire to stimulate employee engagement;
- Play the role of facilitator or moderator for DEI initiatives, ensuring that they are properly executed;
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in DEI best practices.
**THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION ARE**:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations, administration or related field;
- Posses an expert level of knowledge about diversity issues, comprehensive work experience with various stakeholders, and outstanding communication skills;
- Several years of relevant DEI experience** **backed by concrete examples;
- Fluency in spoken and written French;
