At Yesby Logistics, we are actively seeking Over the Road (OTR) drivers for our routes spanning the US and Canada. Our schedules offer flexibility, with options for 5 days on the road and 2 days at home, as well as longer runs of 10 days on the road and 3 days at home.

We are specifically looking for long-haul team drivers with a minimum of 3 years of experience driving across North America and a clean record. Team drivers for both the US and Canada routes will receive competitive compensation at 0.65 cents per mile, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include:

- Transporting goods and supplies across provincial or international routes.
- Conducting daily vehicle inspections and promptly reporting any issues.
- No touch freight handling.
- Driving with a focus on safety and professionalism.
- Communicating effectively with dispatchers and fellow drivers using onboard communications technology.
- Completing daily truck logs and submitting mileage reports.
- Ensuring proper tire pressures on tractor/trailers.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 1/AZ driver's license with a minimum of 3 years verifiable experience.
- Mandatory drug testing for US runs.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Clean CVOR and Driver’s Abstract.
- Clean criminal record.
- A commitment to safety and professional conduct.
