**Schedule
- Fri, Sat, Sun 4pm to 12am and Mon, Tue 8am to 4pm**

**Concierge Responsibilities**:

- Controlling all vehicles and pedestrian traffic entering the property
- Greet direct, sign in guest(s) and answer pertinent questions
- Monitor security cameras
- Issue and receipt of keys to trades, building staff and contractors
- Operate security equipment/systems, computers, radios and phones
- Ensure that the Condominium Safety and Emergency Procedures are followed in response to Fire Alarms and other Site Emergencies
- Create assigned reports
- Program and manage access control systems for the entire complex
- Monitor, Train, and evaluate a team of 4-6 staff members
- Liaise with property management, board members and Elite management regarding pertinent security matters
- Be the first and main point of contact in case of emergencies or any site related issues
- Create and adjust staff schedules, ensure that contractually obligated services are met and provided and when necessary fill in shifts.

**Concierge Requirements**:

- **1+ years**of experience as a **Concierge**:

- Valid Ontario Security License
- Excellent communication skills (English - written and verbal)
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office
- Team player - positive, honest and motivated
- Lead by example
- Start Date : As soon as possible

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$19.50 per hour

- Security Supervising: 5 years (required)
- Residential Condominium: 3 years (required)
- Customer service: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Ontario Security Guard License (required)
