**SHOWING AGENT - RENTAL PROPERTY SPECIALIST**
**Location**: Edmonton & Surrounding Areas
**Compensation**:Commission-Based ($1,900 - $4,500/month on average)

Are you great at reading people and making strong first impressions? Do you have a natural ability to ask the right questions and assess potential tenants effectively? If so, we want you on our team

We're looking for a personable and intuitive Showing Agent to handle rental property inquiries, book and conduct showings, and help secure quality tenants for our properties. You'll play a key role in making sure we rent to responsible, reliable individuals by identifying strong applicants and filtering out potential issues before they arise.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Respond to inquiries and follow up with potential tenants (leads provided).
- Schedule and conduct showings across the city and surrounding areas (primarily evenings and weekends).
- Ensure property advertisements remain accurate and up to date (no ad creation or payments required).
- Use your people skills to assess potential tenants and help select the best fit.

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:
- At least 20 years old with a valid driver’s license.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to read people effectively.
- A professional, friendly approach that puts tenants at ease.
- Some understanding of real estate or rental properties (preferred but not required).
- Reliable transportation and ability to work independently.
- Availability during evenings and weekends when most tenants are actively looking.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 30 per week
