Job Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Monitoring Station Operator.

As an operator in our station, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment responding to alarms. If you have a background in security or call center experience, we encourage you to apply.

**Duties**:

- Monitor and respond to alarms or other security-related incidents
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of incidents
- Provide assistance to customers or employees when needed
- Ensure proper functioning of equipment

- Monitor personnel workloads and locations
- Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
- Dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations
- Follow-up on issues with work orders
- Operate computer-aided communications and dispatching equipment
- Receive requests for emergency assistance or service
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- SHIFT WORK IS A MUST

**Skills**:

- Strong observational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to type 35-40WPM minimum
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Basic understanding of relevant laws and regulations

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
