**COUNTRY MANAGER (KEY) RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the office and our local presence in Canada overall.
- Coordinate companywide activities aimed at optimizing employee and customer satisfaction.
- Understand companywide strategies and assist with local coaching on execution and personnel development in dotted line matrix spirit.
- Participate in the AIT leadership team ongoing (mid/long-term strategy/idea development, other).
- Participate in our Business Board Meeting (BBM) and be responsible for a TCA section pertinent to the country manager role.
- Oversee local needs to ensure compliance with internal and external companywide standards and requirements (ISO 9001, internal/ external audits, other).
- Inspire a strong overall focus on sustainable, profitable growth companywide.

**Educational requirements**
- Completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus in business

- Ability to lead by example while developing your peers and direct reports

**Experience requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or operations
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing people
