Szabi's Driving is a family run business, formerly known as Mike's Driving for the last 35 years. Mike (my uncle) wanted me to move to Canada from Hungary to work for him and take over the company after he retired.

We are a Ministry of Transportation approved driving school and we offer online courses and one on one driving lessons.

**Job description**

We have an immediate opening for a qualified and experienced in-car driving instructor to teach our students in the Brantford, Paris and St. George area. This position is contract (10-20 hours per week plus private lessons and road tests, each paid separately) with the opportunity to increase hours as the business expands.

You will have full flexibility to manage your own schedule (most lessons are completed afternoons, evenings, and weekends) and you will work one-on-one with students to book lessons.

To be considered for this opportunity, you're required to have:

- MTO-Approved Certificate For In-Vehicle Instruction and clean drivers abstract.
- Experience with a driving school in Ontario is an asset but not mandatory.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and patience.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and great organizational skills.
- Fluent English (additional languages would be an asset).
- Your own safety-certified instruction vehicle with the dual-braking system or willingness to install the dual-braking system.
- The ability to obtain a clean Police Records Check if requested as a condition of employment.
