- Learn & operate Square POS & Shopify store software
- Serve guests with a customer-centric mindset
- Inform and educate guests about Sprout Therapy products & services
- Assist in the development of new menu items i.e. smoothies, sandwiches, snacks, etc.
- Communicate with fellow Sprout Therapy managers
- Hire & train new team members
- Lead & coach your team on customer service, sales, processes, and procedures
- Build weekly schedule for you & your team
- Tip management & distribution
- Calculate & send reports for bookkeeping
- File loss reports
- Ensure a high quality of customer service
- Ensure the workspace is maintained; sanitary, organized, safe
